Atlac® 590UHT resin is the preferred material for high temperature resistant composites. The resin is mainly used to produce composite products by hand paste process, jet process, fiber winding process, molding process and resin transfer mold RTM process.

Atlac® 590UHT resin has been used to manufacture chemical storage tanks and pipes, FGD equipment, chimneys, scrubbers, and flues.

Atlac® 590UHT resin exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents due to its high cross-linking density.

Atlac® 590UHT storage method

Extremely high temperature corrosion resistant phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resins need to be stored in a dark and dry place between 5 and 30℃. The storage life is shortened at higher temperatures and may result in changes in resin properties. The storage life of vinyl ester resins containing styrene is dramatically shortened if exposed to light. Therefore, it is only suitable for storage in dark places and 100% dark containers. Direct sunlight should be avoided.
