TM-108 UP Resin Product Description

TM-108 active flame retardant translucent UP resin is a special unsaturated polyester resin composite material for skylight.retardant elements directly connected with resin main chain, overcome the mechanical property reduction and flame retardant property reduction fault caused by added TBPA and TBPA migration.

TM—108 reactive flame retardant translucent UP resin features low viscosity, good impregnation with fiberglass, suitable for alkali free “E”fiberglass hand lay up process.The main requirements for flame-retardant steel plant transmittance places to do mining mask, plane skylight.

1. FRP sample preparation method accord to GB 8237—87.

2.Curing system: curing agent 55%MEKPO:2% , curing agent E1:2%.

3. Post cure: 25℃ room temperature 21 days.

4.FRP light transmission testing: 4 layers 0.21 711 alkali woven roving.

Notes:

a. TM108 resin gel time long, so please use colorless accelerate E5, to achieve light color finished product.

Stored under 25℃ shelter,flame and heat isolated, 3 month shelf life.
