What should I do if I add less soft epoxy resin curing agent?
Like most polyester resins, the degree of curing of epoxy resins is mainly influenced by environmental temperature and the amount of curing agent added. If the epoxy resin is mixed with a curing agent and continues to cure at low temperatures, the curing reaction may be very slow, but it will eventually cure without much impact on strength.
If you add too little epoxy resin curing agent, it may become soft or remain stuck. If there is time to remedy, add more to ensure the final product performance. Additionally, increasing the curing temperature may improve this condition, depending on the distance of the deviation. Even if it hardens, the final strength will still be lacking and cannot reach the original design.
