Introduction and Main Characteristics of Squeezed Grille
The extruded fiberglass grille has most of the characteristics of the molded fiberglass grille. But there are also significant differences, the most important of which is the high glass fiber content (65% -70%) in the direction of the load-bearing strip, making it more advantageous to use it in large spans compared to molded fiberglass gratings. This will reduce the foundation support and reduce engineering costs.
Chemical resistance
Select excellent ortho benzene, meta benzene, vinyl resins, and extruded fiberglass gratings with surface felt, which have excellent corrosion resistance.
light
The extruded fiberglass grille weighs only about a quarter of the weight of steel and is very easy to handle, thereby reducing handling costs.
high strength
The extruded grille provides a very high strength/weight ratio based on a weight ratio of approximately 35% resin and 65% fiberglass.
UV resistance
The extruded grille is formulated with anti UV agents and polyester surface felt to achieve the best anti UV effect.
Flame retardant
Has a flame retardant effect of 1 level 25 or oxygen index above 26 (according to engineering needs).
Other excellent properties include impact resistance, maintenance free, easy processing, anti slip safety, insulation and insulation.
