Unsaturated resin usually refers to unsaturated polyester resin, and polyester is relative phenolic, epoxy and other resins and distinguish a class of polymer compounds containing ester bonds, and this polymer compound when containing unsaturated double bonds, it is called unsaturated polyester, and the unsaturated polyester dissolved in the ability of the monomer into a viscous liquid, it is called unsaturated polyester resin.
Polymer compounds containing epoxy groups in their molecular structure are collectively referred to as epoxy resins. Epoxy resin is an important thermosetting plastic. After curing, it has good physical and chemical properties, excellent bonding strength on the surface of metal and non-metal materials, good dielectric properties, stable to alkali and most solvents, so it is widely used in adhesives, coatings, pouring, impregnation, lamination and other uses.
