TM 34 gel coat resin

TC-34 gelcoat is a benzene type universal gelcoat resin, has many advantages, such as good construction performance, heat resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, suitable for the production of most general products. In construction, transportation, electronics, electrical, chemical, metallurgy and other industries are widely used, generally using hand brush or jet molding.

TC-34 gelcoat resin storage

TC-34 gelcoat resin stored for a period of time will have a certain quality loss. To minimize mass loss, a maximum storage temperature (Ts max.) is recommended for each product. The maximum storage temperature of TC-34# gelcoat is 30℃, and the minimum storage temperature is -10℃. When stored under the recommended conditions, the TC-34# Gelcoat will remain within the millichemical product specifications for at least 3 months after delivery.

Standard package is 25 litre metal drum, 20 kg solution. Packing and transportation comply with international regulations.

TC-34 gelcoat resin application

Add 1.5 ~ 2.5% curing agent MEKP into the gelcoat, stir thoroughly, and start construction immediately.

Spray molding: Check and clean the filter, choose the right spray gun according to the actual size, complexity and gelcoat of the mold, and adjust the working pressure and spray form, so that the spray gun and the mold keep parallel, keep the nozzle from the mold surface 50 ~ 80cm distance, and perpendicular to it. After spraying once, the second spraying line is perpendicular to the first time. Generally, the required thickness can be reached about three times. The thickness of the wet film of gelcoat can be controlled at 0.5-0.8mm.

Note:

(1) Keep the construction site ventilated.

(2) Spraying gelcoat can not be stopped in the middle of the spraying, otherwise easy to produce wrinkles.

(3) The spray gun has two types of internal mixing and external mixing:

a. The working pressure of the internal mixing spray gun shall not exceed 5kg/m2, and the dosage can be prepared by about 500g/m2;

b, the use of external mixing spray gun requires a precise ratio of curing agent. Hand brush molding: Pour the required amount of gelcoat into a clean and dry container, add the curing agent to stir well, evenly paint with a clean and soft paint brush, and clean the paint brush in time after use. (The recommended dosage is 500 ~ 600g/m2, or according to the actual product requirements.
