TC-A2 accelerator is a purple clear liquid, often used in combination with unsaturated polyester resin, MEKP catalyst such as cyclohexanone peroxide or methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, the general dosage is 0.5%-2.5%. Widely used in the production of ordinary FRP products and ordinary handicrafts.

TC-A2 accelerator Storage

There will be certain quantity loss after a period storage. We Thousands Chemicals recommend the highest storage temperature(Ts max.) to reduce the loss to the minimum quantity for every kind of product.

The accelerator property will keep stable in at least 3 month only if under above recommended storage conditions from the day we send out the goods to customer .

Please keep the containers dry and closed, and store them in well ventilated spot. Keep away from heat and fire resource , direct sunshine. Forbidden to weigh and sub package in the storage room.

It is forbidden to mix the accelerator and organic peroxidant catalyst directly under any circumstances. There will be violent explosive reaction and really bad influence if it is directly contact with MEKP and other organic proxidant products. So it is required first add catalyst in the resin , mix throughly, then filled with proper accelerator , mix throughly , then apply for manufacturing of FRP products .

Catalyst (MEKP) :  1-2 (adjustable, according to the specific temperature and humidity)

Accelerator RCA  : 1-4 (adjustable, according to the specific temperature and humidity)
