How long does it take for the mold adhesive to solidify properly?

Generally speaking, taking the common ethylene based mold adhesive coating as an example, at room temperature of 24 ℃ and with a curing agent addition of 1.5%, the curing time of the mold adhesive coating is about 90 minutes. If you have heating conditions, such as raising it to 60 ℃, the curing time will be shortened to about 45 minutes.

Do not deliberately improve the curing speed of the mold adhesive, as this can cause the mold adhesive to become brittle or lead to issues such as pre release. In addition, it is also important to note that the mold adhesive should not be cured overnight or excessively, as this can lead to poor adhesion.

If you are unsure of the specific factors, you can do a sample test for comparison. At the same temperature, add different proportion of curing agent to compare the gel and curing time that are more suitable for your actual situation.
